Don’t fret when I say – He is the Reason Khans Are No Longer a Rage. You will discover soon whom I am talking about.
I have personally loved every Shahrukh Khan movie since I was a teenager. The mesmerizing music, the sizzling romantic scenes, enchanting locations and great dialogues made me go ga-ga over every SRK movie you can think of.
But lately, all the craze for the Khan band has fizzed away. The young and incredibly talented boy in town has grabbed all the attention.
No. I am not talking about any of the Kapoor clan.
This phenomenal actor started his career in 2010 with the Bollywood flick- Love, Sex Aur Dhoka followed by Ragini MMS and Shaitaan. Both the former movies were a hit, while the latter was highly criticized, but Rao’s performance was declared as terrific.
After this, there was no looking back for the actor. He played roles of different flavor and genre. From small roles in Gangs of Wasseypur – Part 2, Talash, Chittagong to lead roles in Kai Poche, Queen, City Lights and Dolly ki Doli, Rajkumar made his mark in every movie he acted.
I fell in love with his commendable skills in the movie – Trapped. He single handedly managed to take the audience on a roller coaster of emotions. In this particular movie, Rao evolved from a timid and scared man into a strong persona, who when trapped in an empty apartment did everything in his power to survive.
Pritam Vidrohi aka Rajkumar Rao was mind blasting in every frame. The character variation, the dialogue delivery, promptness, simplicity, timing and that innocent face was everything that the script needed.
This man has made a fan-base for himself. It is his choice of films that have got him all the fame. His hard work and struggle are evident in his work, and for that, he does deserve a standing ovation.
As movie fanatics, we need actors like Rajkumar Rao and Irfan Khan. It is only then Bollywood could sustain and keep the film maniacs entertained!
